IMAGINE THAT! – 3 ½ through 5 (not Kindergarten) Toys I Make, Trips I Take ages 3½ to 5 years Toys I Make, Trips I Take This unit is focused on creating a stimulating musical environment that integrates music, pretend play, story telling movement and more. Visit a toy shop filled with toys that bring a glimmer into a child’s eyes. You may find yourself sailing off in a toy boat to a faraway land or on a toy train rolling over the mountains. While activities are centered on a child’s pretend play and imagination, they firmly integrate the learning process by placing a strong emphasis on singing, steady beat and ensemble, as well as rhythm and rhythmic patterns. Class meets once a week for 45 minutes. Caregiver attends last 10 - 15 minutes. I understand payments are due in three installments. The 1st payment ($75 non-refundable down payment) is due immediately, the 2nd payment of $75 on February 15, 2006, and the final payment of $75 on March 15, 2006. If paying by charge card, my account will be charged these amounts on these dates. I hereby give my permission for the Indianapolis Children’s Choir to use images, pictures and recordings of my child listed below. I will not be compensated for this except as may be agreed in advance for certain projects. This permission applies to all choir functions regardless of payment or other benefits to the choir.
